University of Oslo invites applications for a 3-year PhD position in cancer chromatin and structural biology in the Collas Lab. The successful candidate will examine SOX2 regulation by microproteins using cell-based and epigenomic assays, and resolve the SOX2 complex crystallographically.
Admission to the Medical Faculty's PhD program is required, with an expected three-year completion. Responsibilities include planning experiments, cellular assays, data analysis and manuscript contributions.
Applications are invited to apply for a 100% 3-year PhD position in cancer chromatin and structural biology in the research group of Prof. Philippe Collas, project group of Dr. Marie Rogne, at the Department of Molecular Medicine, Division of Biochemistry, Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, University of Oslo (Collas Lab).
