We are looking for a People Performance Manager to join the Clarion and Quality Hotel division within Strawberry in Norway! If you love people, energy, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, this is your role.

About the Role:

As People Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the employee experience across our hotel brands; Clarion and Quality. Your mission is to support and empower our leaders and teams to deliver consistent, high quality guest experiences, all through engaged people, a vibrant culture, and effective leadership.

You will work closely with the VP Operations and General Managers to contribute to business goals and drive our people focused initiatives. In this role you will report to the Director of People Performance full service division, and you are located in Oslo.

What You'll Do:
  • Service & Culture: Lead with a people first mindset to develop a thriving culture and continuously elevate service delivery.
  • Leadership Support: Act as an advisor to GMs and leadership teams, coaching them in team development, talent planning, and performance.
  • Facilitate trainings/workshop session: Conduct leadership training & deliver brand-specific training to reinforce service standards and company culture
  • Recruitment: Support hotel teams with their recruitment strategies
  • Engagement & Employer Branding: Design and implement employee engagement activities, tracking employee satisfaction (eNPS) to enhance retention and wellbeing.
  • Analytics & Follow-up: Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g.,NPS/guest satisfaction, turnover, sick leave, engagement) to recommend and implement data-driven improvements and ensure consistency in HR processes.
Who You Are:
  • You have 5+ years of experience in a people or HR role, ideally within hospitality, service, or retail.
  • Experience as a leader in a hotel setting is a strong advantage.
  • You possess proven experience in supporting leaders, driving engagement, and enhancing service culture.
  • You are used to facilitating workshops and leadership trainings.
  • You have strong analytical skills, connecting people data to business outcomes.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • You hold a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • You are fluent in Norwegian and English.
