Qualifications

  • Experience in HR, People Operations ideally in the Nordics.
  • Understanding of HR policies and employment law.
  • Experience supporting multiple countries is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go‑to HR partner for employees and managers in Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
  • Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Support managers in employee development, performance, and retention.
  • Coordinate development and learning moments throughout the year.
  • Own and manage our offices ensuring a welcoming, efficient environment.
