As a People Operations Specialist & Office Coordinator at Semine, you will be the heartbeat of our offices and the People Operations partner for the Nordic region, working closely with our Europe‑based People Operations team.
You’ll collaborate with experienced People Ops professionals who will guide and support you, sharing their knowledge as you grow together.
Your contributions won’t just influence processes, you’ll shape how people feel when they come to work.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, structured, and people‑centric, who thrives in a scale‑up environment where no two days look the same. You’ll manage office operations, elevate the employee experience, and drive People Operations across Norway, Sweden, and Finland, with the possibility to expand to additional countries as we continue growing.
