At ABAX, our people are truly at the heart of everything we do. We are a fast-moving international organisation that values collaboration, innovation and a seamless employee experience. As we grow and evolve our People function strategy, we’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll play an essential part in enabling our organisation’s vision and values through smooth, efficient and compliant people processes. You will drive operational excellence across our People practices — strengthening employee experience and empowering leaders with the right systems, structures and data to support business goals. You’ll ensure our tools are accessible, reliable and continuously improving, so our organisation can operate at scale.

If you’re ready to take ownership, thrive in a dynamic environment and grow your expertise in people and culture, we’d love to hear from you.

What you`ll do:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees and leaders on operational people matters – delivering a seamless and positive experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Preparing and maintaining employment contracts, agreements and templates in line with local regulations, coordinating with external partners when required.
  • Serving as a super‑user for our People Platform, HiBob, and other digital tools: drive adoption, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure we’re leveraging the full potential of our systems.
  • Keeping employee records accurate and up to date, building reports, dashboards and insights for management to guide decisions.
  • Owning and continuously improving people‑related processes, ensuring consistency, scalability and compliance across all our countries of operation.
  • Developing and maintaining standardised templates, guidelines and operational resources to support leaders and employees globally.
What We Believe You Bring:
  • Relevant degree in HR, Administration, Organisational Psychology, Business Management or a related field.
  • Brings experience working in People & HR operations, familiar with fast‑paced, scalable organisational settings.
  • A solution‑oriented mindset that actively identifies challenges, improves processes, and delivers measurable impact.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, ensuring consistency.
  • Demonstrable hands‑on experience with digital people tools and business workflows—such as HiBob or similar platforms, to leverage systems to drive real business impact.
  • Able to engage and collaborate effectively with employees and leaders across all levels and uses data‑informed insights to guide decisions and optimise operations.
What We Offer:
  • A truly global role with broad exposure across countries and cultures.
  • Opportunity to shape and optimise HR operations and systems in a growing organisation.
  • A collaborative and supportive working environment.
How To Apply:

If you’re excited about this opportunity and believe you have the experience and drive to succeed in this role, please submit your CV and tell us why you are a good fit for this role.
