You will lead payroll delivery, optimize processes, and implement innovative technologies to support our workforce. You will partner with multiple business units and local teams, ensuring timely payroll, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, HR, or related field.
• Experience in payroll is preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS; advanced Excel skills.
• English level: Intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Optimize payroll processes for scalability and efficiency across multiple units.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and local teams for seamless payroll integration.
