Job summary

Zeller is hiring a Payment Operations Analyst to join the UK team, reporting to the Payment Operations and Treasury Lead. You will own dispute processes, ensure compliant operations, and respond to merchants and vendors with clarity and speed.

Bring at least 2 years in payment operations, familiarity with card disputes and UK rules, and a proactive mindset to improve processes in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in payment operations with proven problem-solving ability.
• Solid understanding of UK safeguarding rules and payment dispute handling.
• Experience implementing process improvements and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Disputes management across Mastercard, Visa, FPS, and BACs with compliance.
• Daily/monthly reconciliation and payment rails reporting for regulatory needs.
• Stakeholder and merchant liaison; support debt recovery and project work.
