LemFi is seeking a Reconciliation and Investigation/Resolution Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day reconciliation operations in the Finance team. You’ll own quality across bank and ledger reconciliations, disputes, and partner reporting, while coaching a growing team to improve weekly performance.

Based in London, you will ensure compliance with audit standards, strengthen banking relationships, and present clear reconciliation insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high‑volume transaction reconciliation, fintech preferred.
• Supervisory experience coaching junior staff and leading teams.
• Strong communication to senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end reconciliation quality across bank, ledger, and disputes.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies before they reach customers or partners.
• Lead SLA performance for disputes and escalations with thorough audit documentation.
• Drive process improvements using automation to reduce manual effort and errors.
• Manage internal/external audit cycles end‑to‑end with proper documentation.
• Maintain relationships with banking and payments partners, coordinating with Finance, Eng., and Product teams.
