IP Support, Patent Attorney – Mechanical Engineering

A prestigious IP firm is seeking a Patent Attorney to join its expert team. The ideal candidate will be Chartered and European qualified (NQ – 3 PQE) with a strong academic background in engineering, particularly mechanical engineering.

This role offers a high level of direct client engagement, so prior experience in handling direct client work is highly desirable. You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of innovative clients, providing expert advice and strategic IP protection.

Typically, the subject-matter of the technical work will include manufacturing, transport (e.g. marine and aeronautical), packaging, and consumer product technologies.

Open to candidates based in any UK offices e.g. London, with the expectations of monthly travel to the Bath office.
