We are in search of an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of quality and presentation while managing inventory and ensuring food safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute dessert menus for various events and dining options
• Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and other baked goods
• Ensure all desserts are prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Adhere to food safety guidelines at all times
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in proper techniques and recipes
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Creativity in designing new desserts to add to menus
