Lesley University is seeking a Threshold Program Community Coach in Cambridge, MA to provide in-home and community skills training for young adults with neurodiverse profiles. The role focuses on helping clients engage in community activities, employment-related matters, independent living and self-care, with ongoing communication to families and professionals.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1–2 years with neurodiverse individuals, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals.
• Must be multitask oriented and able to work collaboratively with others.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized in-home and community skills training for young adults and clients with neurodiverse profiles.
• Assist individuals with engaging and becoming active participants within their community, including employment-related matters.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, families, and other professionals involved with their clients' support network.
• Support independent living and self-care skills.
