Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, seeks a part-time Assistant Women's Basketball Coach to support the Athletics program. You will assist with practice planning, recruitment, player development, and game strategy while helping with film analysis, equipment, and event planning.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and either collegiate coaching experience or experience at college, semi-professional, professional, or international levels. Expect night/weekend hours and possible travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Coaching experience at collegiate level OR experience competing at college, semi-pro, professional, or international level.
• Willingness to participate in admissions events and recruiting activities.
• Knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist with program management including practice planning, recruitment, player development, and implementing competition strategies.
• Support skill development, film analysis, equipment management, and team event planning.
• Help lead the basketball team according to NCAA, NAC, and Lesley University standards, rules, and regulations.
• Assist with administrative responsibilities including fundraising efforts and community service.
