Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in construction or carpentry preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if required.
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites within the US.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and plans to determine formwork requirements.
• Measure, cut, and shape wooden or metal materials according to specifications.
• Assemble and secure formwork using various tools and equipment.
• Pour, spread, and smooth concrete into forms using hand or power tools.
• Remove forms once concrete has set and clean up work area.
