Job summary

Prestige Talent seeks a Formworker to join our US-based team. You will construct temporary formwork for concrete pours, measure and cut materials, assemble forms from blueprints, secure them, and help pour and level concrete.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Formworker experience, understands construction techniques and safety procedures, is physically fit, can lift up to 50 lbs, read blueprints, and work well in a team. Weekend overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut materials such as wood, metal or plastic according to specified dimensions.
• Assemble forms using hand tools or power tools.
• Secure forms in place with stakes or other supports.
• Pour concrete into forms using wheelbarrows or pumps.
• Level out concrete using screeds or smoothing trowels.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust work accordingly.
• Adhere to safety regulations at all times.
