• Knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS.
• Familiarity with computer hardware components, network setups, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
• Install and configure new computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on client systems.
• Educate clients on proper use of equipment and troubleshoot any user errors.
