• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders and prepare hot and cold beverages according to their preferences.
• Ensure quality control by monitoring brewing equipment temperatures and product freshness.
• Keep the caf area clean, organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
