Job summary

PulsePoint is seeking a highly experienced Architecture Manager for a part-time role in Oslo. You will oversee all phases of architectural projects, managing budgets, timelines, and resources while coordinating with clients and contractors. 

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in architecture management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Oslo codes familiarity is preferred; remote work is allowed with some on-site meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management.
  • Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, practices and construction methods.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Oslo is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all stages of architectural projects from conception to completion.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines and resources.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Review and approve project designs, plans and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Provide guidance to junior architects and interns on projects.
