Job summary

The role emphasizes arranging displays, monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting seasonal campaigns. You will train staff on merchandising techniques and analyze sales data to optimize product placement.

Qualifications

• Proven merchandising experience in retail (fashion or home goods)
• Strong visual merchandising knowledge (color theory, balance, spacing)
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Fluent in English; Norwegian language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Create attractive displays in accordance with company standards and current market trends
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
• Collaborate with the buying team to select products that align with our brand image and target market
• Conduct regular store walks to ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
• Train and supervise store staff on merchandising techniques and product knowledge
• Analyze sales data to inform product placement and promotions
• Participate in planning and execution of seasonal campaigns and promotions
