We are seeking a motivated Entry-level Merchandiser to join our team in Oslo Norway In this role you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to retail stores and ensuring they are displayed attractively and accurately This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about merchandising and eager to start their career in the industry

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to various retail locations and set up product displays according to company guidelines
• Communicate with store managers to ensure proper placement and replenishment of products
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with sales team regarding product availability
• Conduct regular store visits to assess product presentation and make necessary adjustments
• Provide feedback on market trends competitor activities and customer needs
• Collaborate with sales team to develop strategic plans for increasing product visibility and sales
• Participate in trade shows and other promotional events as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent degree in business or marketing is a plus
• Previous experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory

Salary

This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $900 per month As you gain experience and take on additional responsibilities there will be opportunities for growth within the company

Location

This position is based in Oslo Norway The ideal candidate should already be residing in the city or willing to relocate at their own expense
