Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and monitor risks across construction projects.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to identify risks and implement responses.
• Assess potential impact of risks on schedules, budgets, quality and delivery.
• Monitor emerging risks and ensure mitigation measures are implemented.
• Prepare risk reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support project planning through structured risk analysis.
• Promote proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
