VivaVibe Productions in Oslo, Norway seeks a motivated Moderator to uphold the quality and integrity of our online community forums. You will monitor content, enforce rules, and resolve conflicts to maintain a safe space for users.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in communications or related field, at least two years moderating online communities, excellent English communication, and impartial, tactful handling of sensitive issues. Norwegian skills are a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience moderating online communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Norwegian proficiency a plus).
• Strong understanding of online culture and social media platforms.
• Ability to remain impartial and handle sensitive issues with tact and professionalism.

Mansioni

• Monitor online community forums for inappropriate content or behavior.
• Enforce forum rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users.
• Respond to user inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Collaborate with other moderators to identify patterns of user behavior and implement strategies to improve the overall forum experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community moderation.
