You will shape market access strategies, guide HTA and payer conversations, develop health-economic evidence, and mentor colleagues while driving growth for IQVIA's Nordic Value & Access practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience within life sciences, consulting, market access, HTA, HEOR, health economics, pricing or reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements on market access, reimbursement, HTA and pricing strategy.
• Deliver high-quality projects across Norway and the Nordics; manage cross-functional teams and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and adapt health-economic evidence including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
• Identify evidence gaps and support real-world evidence strategies for payer engagement.
• Contribute to business growth with client relationship building and proposal development.
