Qualifications

• Higher secondary education with 3 years related logistics experience.
• Secondary education with advanced vocational training leading to qualification with 5 years post related experience.
• At least 3 years sustainment planning in a joint environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adversaries’ sustainment capabilities, especially Russian.

Responsibilities

• Providing subject-matter advice in sustainment for setting or scenario products for JWC exercises.
• Advising on adversaries’ sustainment in joint operations for exercises and trainings.
• Drafting schemes of sustainment in joint operations based on adversaries’ doctrine.
• Leading a team of sustainment experts during exercise events.
• Providing internal training to OPFOR Branch and JWC.
