Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluency in English, and strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English; Norwegian or Russian a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or consulting role.
• Knowledge of biometric passport application process preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through online channels (email and live chat).
• Provide accurate information about the biometric passport application process.
• Guide clients through required documents and procedures.
• Assist clients in filling out online application forms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online application.
• Ensure timely and efficient processing of passport applications.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
