Job summary

MapleGroves is seeking a detail-oriented Freelance Biometric Passport Assistant in Alta, Norway. This part-time position involves guiding clients through biometric passport applications and ensuring all documents are completed and submitted in accordance with government guidelines.

You will communicate with clients by email or phone, maintain organized filing, and stay updated on any changes to procedures. The role requires fluency in Norwegian and English and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Must be a resident of Alta, Norway with a valid biometric passport.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in completing biometric passport applications accurately.
