Job summary

SAVA is conducting a healthcare testing study in Central London. We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant for a fixed-term, on-site role for two months with an immediate start.

You will take capillary blood glucose readings, support participants on the testing day, and ensure strict adherence to study procedures and hygiene standards. Training will be provided; no medical treatment is administered.

Qualifications

• Training or experience in healthcare.
• Experience working with patients or participants in a clinic, laboratory, or health-products setting.
• Capillary blood sampling (fingerpricks) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take capillary blood glucose readings using a commercial blood glucose monitor.
• Support and monitor a group of 5–8 healthy adult participants on site.
• Follow the study protocol, ensuring timing and consistency of readings.
