Job summary

Armada is seeking an on-site Data Center Delivery Superintendent to lead the Leviathan project in Norway during installation, startup and commissioning, driving readiness for Ready for Service (RFS).

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in construction site management, with mission-critical or data center startup experience, and coordinates across GC, subcontractors, and the CxA to deliver safe, compliant commissioning and on-time RFS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction site management experience in data center or industrial startup environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and stakeholders through substantial completion to RFS.
• Strong knowledge of data center MEP systems and commissioning frameworks.
• Proficient scheduling using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities across GC, subcontractors, and Armada trades on site.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules and resolve field conflicts to protect schedules.
• Lead commissioning coordination with CxA and trades for RFS readiness.
• Ensure safety and QA/QC per drawings and regulatory requirements.
• Provide progress updates and risk reporting to leadership.
