Job summary

RWE Renewables Denmark A/S is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join the offshore operations team supporting Thor Offshore Wind Farm. The role manages day-to-day maintenance, planning, and resource coordination to keep turbines and substations running safely and efficiently.

You will work closely with offshore technicians, engineering, and site management, ensure RAMS and WTSR compliance, and coordinate transfers by boat or helicopter, with a one-week-on, one-week-off shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or equivalent technical qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Significant experience within offshore wind operations and maintenance, including responsibility for coordinating maintenance activities.
• Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine troubleshooting and fault-finding, preferably on Siemens Gamesa direct-drive turbine platforms.
• Experience working with maintenance management systems and digital operational tools, including SAP PM.
• Knowledge of Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR), with Authorizing Engineer experience considered an advantage.
• Experience training, mentoring, and authorizing wind turbine technicians.
• Excellent planning, organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills with a structured and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day and weekly maintenance activities across Thor Offshore Wind Farm and associated offshore substations.
• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with RWE’s Zero Incident Policy and applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact and provide remote technical support to offshore technicians during maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor personnel transfers to and from site using crew transfer vessels (CTV) and helicopters.
• Create, allocate, monitor, and archive digital work orders and maintenance documentation within SAP PM.
• Prepare and review risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for maintenance activities and verify contractor compliance with site requirements.
• Implement and administer Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR) and support the safe execution of work on site.
• Support the onboarding, training, and authorization of offshore wind turbine technicians.
