Job summary

Ikm Gruppen AS is seeking an experienced installation supervisor for Stavanger-based assignments with offshore travel. The role involves developing installation methods and sequences, supporting planning, and presenting solutions to clients.

You will work closely with engineering, prepare work packages, and advise on manpower and staffing while utilizing 3D models and standard digital tools. English and Norwegian presentation abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum trade certificate (Fagbrev) in one or more E&IT disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience from offshore and site environments in a similar role.
• Experience within method engineering is an advantage.
• Leadership or supervisor experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and work descriptions.
• Good computer skills.
• Comfortable delivering presentations in both English and Norwegian.
• Valid certificates: Basic EX course, FSE (high and low voltage including first aid), and AT/SJA.
• Valid offshore survival certificate and health certificate.

Responsibilities

• Develop installation methodologies and sequence jobs.
• Provide input to planning and scheduling.
• Present installation solutions and methods to the client.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering department.
• Produce work packages.
• Provide input for manpower and staffing.
• Utilize 3D models, Microsoft Office, and other relevant digital tools.
