Job summary

Noble Drilling Norge AS in Stavanger is seeking an Alliance HSE Advisor to support health, safety, environmental, risk, and compliance activities across offshore and onshore operations.

This position offers a 10-12 month assignment with potential extension. It welcomes both experienced HSE professionals and recent graduates eager to develop their expertise and contribute to a strong safety culture in a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HSE, Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, Risk Management, Occupational Health, Marine Operations, or related discipline.
• Relevant HSE experience from offshore, maritime, energy, industrial, or related environments is considered an advantage.
• Recent graduates with a strong interest in HSE and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Interest in HSE, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of offshore operations and regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel and occasionally visit offshore installations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational teams, management, clients, and Alliance Partners to promote continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HSE policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives.
• Support risk assessments, emergency response planning, HSE Cases, and client interface documentation.
• Participate in incident investigations, audits, inspections, and verification activities.
