Job summary

Noble Corporation is seeking a Derrickman to support offshore drilling operations. Under the Driller's direction, you will operate and monitor rig equipment and maintain safety and environmental compliance on site.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years as a Derrickman, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. You will assist with maintenance, housekeeping, and drill crew coordination while ensuring quality records and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of experience as a Derrickman.
• Completion of all training requirements for the position within designated time period.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in applications and systems required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform duties as directed by the Driller during drilling, work over and completion operations.
• Control drilling operations under Driller supervision, adapt to formations and conditions.
• Change bits, tools, and drill string as needed under supervision.
• Maintain a continuous log of well history and equipment.
• Document all required Noble and regulatory paperwork.
• Assist drill crew and training of subordinate personnel.
