A.G. Rhodes in Cobb, GA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role focused on elder care in a long-term care setting. You will join a compassionate, team-oriented culture that emphasizes resident well-being and careful documentation.

A Georgia OT license, 1 year in long-term care or willingness to train, and strong communication are required. The organization offers an excellent benefits package, a supportive work environment, and opportunities to grow.

Competenze

• Current Georgia Occupational Therapist ( OT ) License.
• One year of experience in a Long-term Care/Skilled Nursing community or willingness to train new grads.
• Experience in a Person-Directed Care community preferred.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Strong team work/collaboration skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting with Net Health preferred).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
