Equinor is seeking a Tax Compliance Expert to join our Norwegian Tax Compliance team in Stavanger and Oslo. You will contribute to robust tax compliance and reporting for Equinor ASA and related entities, working within our CFO organisation.

You will lead planning, quality checks, and preparation of tax returns, advise on the tax treatment of transactions, and support Pillar II compliance. The role requires strong Norwegian tax knowledge, IFRS experience, and fluency in English and Norwegian.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in accounting or finance/tax is required (or bachelor’s with relevant experience).
• 5+ years of experience in audit, tax, or accounting, with preference for tax.
• Competence in Norwegian tax legislation and IFRS; Pillar II knowledge is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Plan, quality-check and prepare tax returns for Equinor ASA and Equinor Energy AS.
• Deliver on Pillar II compliance for the Equinor Group.
• Provide advice on tax treatment of transactions and exposure.
