Next Job Abroad seeks a Czech-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to represent global brands for Czech customers across Europe. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, or email, ensuring helpful, friendly service and clear communication.

You will relocate to Greece with full relocation support, including flights, hotel or apartment stay, and help with local paperwork. Onboarding is provided, with clear growth paths into QA, leadership, or operations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Norwegian at C1/C2 level (written and spoken).
• Good English knowledge (B2 or higher).
• EU passport or valid Greece work permit.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice and face of global brands for Czech-speaking customers across Europe.
• Deliver top-class service by keeping communications clear, empathetic, and friendly.
• Troubleshoot and guide users through basic technical issues, service setups, or account features.
