The lemon Consulting in Larnaca, Cyprus is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support via phone, email and live chat. This full-time, on-site role requires fluent Norwegian and English, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

You will handle account-related inquiries, troubleshoot issues, document interactions, and escalate complex cases as needed.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Norwegian speaker (minimum C1)
• Fluent English
• Completed secondary education
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Good computer and technology skills
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Friendly, reliable and customer-oriented approach
• Clean criminal record

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account-related, technical and platform-related inquiries
• Support users with password resets, payments and general account management queries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, solution-oriented guidance
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach across all interactions
• Accurately document customer interactions and relevant case information
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
