You will evaluate outputs for accuracy, fluency, grammar, tone, and cultural fit, and provide precise written feedback and rewrites to model best practices in Norwegian writing.

This remote, hourly contractor role requires a degree in linguistics or related field, native-level Norwegian, strong English (C1), and 3+ years in editing, translation, or language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Linguistics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Native or near-native Norwegian proficiency (reading and writing).
• Strong English proficiency (C1) to provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, or language-focused work.
• Deep understanding of Norwegian grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content: prompts and gold-standard Norwegian answers across domains.
• Evaluate and rank AI outputs to improve fluency, tone, and cultural accuracy.
• Detect unsafe or misleading content and validate reliability across use cases.
