Cross Border Talents is seeking a Norwegian Customer Success Specialist to join our Malta team. This hybrid role focuses on email and live chat support, with no phone calls.

You will respond to inquiries, moderate content, and ensure a secure, helpful customer experience across markets. Ideal candidates have EU citizenship or Maltese residency, 0–1 year in customer support, strong communication and analytical skills, and a willingness to learn.
