Job summary

ROSEN Norway AS is seeking an International Sales Manager based in Bergen to expand the Norwegian and broader Scandinavian markets. The role focuses on driving revenue growth and maintaining asset integrity across a fast-evolving region.

You will lead sales efforts for ROSEN’s pipeline cleaning, inspection, and integrity services, building a strong customer base and coordinating with ROSEN EU. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/technical field or related experience.
• 4–6 years of sales experience in oil & gas, energy, or pipeline industries.
• Strong written communication and ability to craft clear documents.
• Deep knowledge of customer businesses and value-driven negotiation strategies.
• Experience in developing and delivering Customer Value Propositions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans for assigned accounts and provide regular progress updates.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and update forecasts in the CRM.
• Act as the first line of support for sales team members to resolve customer service issues.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and ROSEN’s products and services.
• Represent ROSEN with professionalism in all interactions and contribute to internal initiatives.
