Job summary

RITUALS COSMETICS NORWAY AS in Oslo is seeking an inspiring Nordic Trainer to join our Nordic Training Team. This field-based role focuses on identifying training needs, delivering programs, and driving sales and customer experience across the Nordics.

You will travel regularly, delivering in-store, classroom, and digital sessions, with one-year maternity-cover contract starting September 2026. Fluency in English and Norwegian is required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• Experience from training leaders and retail teams.
• Experience from e-learning creation.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian.
• Driving licence is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and set development objectives aligned with business goals.
• Create structured proposals and annual training plans.
• Design, update, and improve training content and materials.
• Deliver training sessions digitally, in classroom, and in-store with focus on sales and customer experience.
• Coordinate planning and execution of trainings across the region.
• Report training data to optimize learning outcomes and decision-making.
