MSWA in WA is seeking a Neurological Liaison Nurse to deliver person-centred care to clients with neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, MND, ABI and Stroke. You’ll work across homes, community hubs, and outpatient clinics, coordinating with Neurologists and Allied Health teams.
This permanent part-time role (60 hours per fortnight) offers comprehensive training, travel across the community, and opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression.
As our Neurological Liaison Nurse, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients living with a range of neurological conditions including MS, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, MND, ABI and Stroke. Working within a collaborative team, you will manage a diverse caseload and deliver clinical services across a variety of settings—including clients’ homes and our community hubs—supporting individuals to remain independent and live well within their communities. In addition to face-to-face care, you’ll contribute to our Nurse Support Line, delivering telehealth services to clients across Western Australia and South Australia/Northern Territory. You’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in our specialised continence clinics and work closely alongside Neurologists within outpatient clinic settings, providing integrated, client-centred care.
As a not-for-profit organisation, MSWA offers salary packaging options that allow you to take home more of your pay by reducing your taxable income. You’ll also enjoy supportive leadership, meaningful work, development opportunities, and the chance to make a real and lasting impact every day.
If you believe in life without limits, we would love to hear from you.
