Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer-related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years in industrial automation network systems engineering.
• 3+ years in IT security.
• CISSP or equivalent; must be currently certified or in process of certification.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional or similar; must be certified or in process of certification.
• CWSP or similar experience.
• Knowledge of IEC-62443 and ISO 27000.
• Experience with industrial networking and security assessments.
• Ability to lead junior staff during projects.

Job description

• Deliver consulting, troubleshooting, network designs, implementations, assessments, and related customer services
• Lead assigned projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain current technical knowledge of Honeywell networking and wireless products and systems
• Maintain cybersecurity certifications and knowledge of industry security standards such as IEC-62443 and ISO 27000
• Develop trusted relationships with internal and external customers through accurate technical and engineering support
• Diagnose customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions promptly
• Maintain industrial safety awareness through relevant safety certifications
• Act as a technical lead for junior coworkers during project execution
• Travel 35-45%

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer-related fields such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or electronics, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in industrial automation network systems engineering
• 3+ years working with IT Security
• 2+ years of industrial networking experience
• 1+ years' experience in security projects
• 1+ years performing audits/assessments
• CISSP or similar security certification; must currently be certified or in the process of certification
• Cisco Certified Network/Design/Security Professional (at least one); must currently be certified or in the process of certification
• CWSP or similar experience
• Cyber Security Risk Analysis knowledge
• Linux/Windows security basics
• Process Control system design/implementation
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex network, application, or system integration issues
• Experience with Fault Tolerant Ethernet and preferably VMware virtualization
• Experience performing network services at customer sites
• Experience with LAN/WAN architectures and diagnostic tools
• Experience designing and optimizing complex LAN environments
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and wireless networking principles and protocols, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLAN, WLAN, Frame Relay, Firewall, DMZ, VPN, IDS, switches, and routers
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols including SMTP, SNMP, FTP, HTTP, SSH, and SSL
• Network security experience with Firewall, ACL, IDS, IPS, and SIEM
• Experience with Cisco routers, switches, or firewalls
• Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, and Terminal Server
• Experience with antivirus systems, backup and restore solutions, and system management
• Written and oral communication skills at all organizational levels
• Ability to act as technical lead for junior coworkers during project execution
