Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and replicate the core features of RosterElf, including:
  • Staff scheduling and roster creation
  • Shift swapping and approvals
  • Time and attendance tracking
  • Payroll integration
  • Mobile and desktop compatibility
• Design and develop a user-friendly interface for both admin and staff users
• Ensure secure login and data protection protocols
• Implement real-time notifications and updates
• Conduct testing and debugging across devices and platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine features and ensure alignment with business needs
• Provide documentation and support for deployment and maintenance

Requirements

• Proven experience in mobile and web app development (iOS, Android, and cross-platform frameworks)
• Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Node.js, Firebase, etc.)
• Familiarity with scheduling, HR, or workforce management systems
• Ability to reverse-engineer existing platforms and replicate functionality
