Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced Metal Worker to join our team in the United States. You will fabricate, repair, and install metal structures in accordance with blueprints and specifications, contributing to safe, high-quality builds.

This full-time role requires 2+ years of hands-on metalwork experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and familiarity with MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Metal Worker.
• Strong knowledge of different metals and their properties.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Physically fit to handle heavy materials and varied weather.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Measure, cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using hand tools or machines.
• Weld or join metal pieces using various techniques.
• Install metal structures and equipment such as gates, railings, or staircases.
• Repair damaged structures by replacing damaged areas with new pieces.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
