CTS Group is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of all mechanical scope on data center projects. You will ensure design, installation, and commissioning align with requirements, schedule, quality, and safety standards.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate interfaces, track progress and costs, and support successful handover. You will oversee the full mechanical scope from design through commissioning, lead site teams, ensure compliance with drawings and codes, and

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical project or package management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards and regulations.
• Experience using project management and construction software.
• Proven leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Mechanical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of all mechanical scope on our data center projects. You will ensure mechanical systems are designed, installed, and commissioned in line with project requirements, schedule, quality, and safety standards. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate interfaces, track progress and costs, resolve technical issues, and support successful commissioning and handover.

What You’ll Do

You will oversee the full mechanical scope, from design through installation and commissioning. You will lead and supervise subcontractors and site teams, coordinate interfaces with other disciplines, and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements. You will track progress, identify risks, resolve technical issues, and ensure high-quality delivery. You will also enforce safety standards and support a smooth handover of mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Overseeing design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems
• Leading and coordinating mechanical subcontractors and site teams
• Conducting inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues during construction and commissioning
• Ensuring compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Tracking progress, performance, and costs for the mechanical scope
• Coordinating interfaces with other disciplines
• Supporting commissioning, testing, and final handover

Who We’re Looking For

You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical management on large-scale construction projects. You have strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems used in data center or complex building projects. You are an effective leader, detail-oriented, and confident managing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly, prioritize effectively, and stay calm under pressure.
