Job summary

DNV Energy Systems in Oslo is seeking motivated graduates to join our team in 2027. You will qualify technologies for the energy transition, collaborate with industry leaders, and work with our laboratories in Høvik. This graduate program offers hands-on experience across materials advisory and testing.

You will be mentored by experienced experts, gain exposure to state-of-the-art facilities, and participate in a vibrant, international culture with ample social activities.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English.
• Pro-active attitude to engage with others to find good solutions.
• Knowledge of Norwegian is a preference.
• Interest in materials technology, corrosion or mechanical engineering.
• Interest in laboratory work and testing.
• Good digital skills (data processing, FEA, CAD, controller programming) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in qualifying new technologies needed for the energy transition.
• Collaborate with customers from leading companies in their industries.
• Work closely with our laboratories in Høvik.
• Apply and develop skills you have obtained as a student.
• Work with and learn from DNV experts who will help you succeed in your projects.
