Job summary

Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Valencia, CA seeks a Materials Management Coordinator to support supply chain operations, central distribution, and Kanban systems. You will help maintain procurement templates and ensure cost-effective, quality patient care, while serving as backup to the Inventory Coordinator.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, hospital supply chain experience, and preferred CMRP certification. Meditech familiarity is a plus.

Job Summary

The Materials Management Coordinator supports materials manager with supply chain operations to include central distribution, storekeepers, building and maintaining supply replenishment systems (Kanban’s), building and maintaining templates and bin labels. Ensures quality and safe patient care in managing/procuring products in a cost effective manner. Serves as back up to Inventory Coordinator.
