PALFINGER MARINE is seeking a hands-on Service Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment to ensure reliable operation. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance while adhering to safety standards.

Strong documentation and customer collaboration are essential. Travel up to 150+ days is expected, and you will work with a diverse, international team, contributing to high-quality service and continuous improvements in equipment

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or professional education in a relevant technical field.
• Relevant professional experience in a technical maintenance or service environment.
• Ability to read and apply technical specifications for installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Knowledge of fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Good communication and willingness to travel (150+ days).

Responsabilités

• Install and commission equipment according to specifications and safety requirements.

_____Your Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment according to technical specifications, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with safety requirements
• Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs, identifying faults and implementing effective solutions to restore equipment functionality
• Carry out preventive and routine maintenance to ensure reliable equipment performance, extend its service life, and minimize downtime
• Perform quality and safety checks after service and repair activities to ensure work meets applicable standards and requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers, providing technical support and accurately documenting maintenance, repairs, and inspections

• Completed vocational training or professional education in a relevant technical field, or an equivalent combination of technical education and practical experience
• Relevant professional experience in a technical, maintenance, repair, or service environment
• Ability to read, understand, and apply technical specifications and instructions related to equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
• Good knowledge of fault diagnosis, repair, preventive maintenance, and workplace safety procedures
