Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our engineering and manufacturing teams. The role focuses on assembly and testing of precision equipment, development of test setups, and ensuring strict adherence to HSE and quality standards.

Candidates should bring practical experience with rotating machinery and high-torque tooling, plus relevant certifications. The position involves reporting, procedure follow-up, and active participation in safety and toolbox talks,

Qualifications

Certified mechanic or equivalent level obtained by work experience and training.
Crane certificate is required.
Experience and knowledge of rotating machinery (assembly and testing).
Experience and knowledge of pressure and leak testing.
Knowledge of high torque tools.
Practical and solution-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assemble and test Vx Meters and AW.
Assemble and technical developments of test equipment.
Reporting and procedure follow up, ensure steps are signed.
Maintain focus on HSE during tests and assembly, especially high-pressure systems and rotating machinery.
Establish and maintain ethics and quality in line with policy.
Collaborate in HARC and toolbox activities as required.
