North Highland, the world’s leading change and transformation consultancy, invites you to join our Academy as an Intern. You’ll work across multiple capabilities and industries, integrating with clients on-site as part of small, intimate teams.

As an Intern, you’ll develop core consulting skills through training and on-the-job experience, produce high-standard client deliverables, and contribute to workshops and proposals. Start July 2027 for 12 months, open to penultimate-year UK students.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year UK university students available for 12 months (July 2027–June 2028).
• Excellent academic record.
• Interest in consulting, business and technology across multiple areas.
• Strong time-management, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as required; flexible and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Develop core consulting skills through experience, training and self-development.
• Develop written client deliverables to a high standard.
• Build strong peer relationships with clients and gain valuable client exposure.
• Facilitate client workshops and meetings, train client staff, and support client presentations.
• Play a critical role in contributing to the delivery of client engagements.
• Assist in writing proposals and business development efforts where required.
• Get involved in internal North Highland initiatives.
