Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyperson or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting and electrical work.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues as they arise.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
